Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the research and development of new products for paper box machinery (such as medium and high-speed printing and slitting machines, die-cutting machines, etc.), the technological upgrading and performance optimization of existing products, and overcome core technical problems;
2. Be responsible for product structure design, formulation of mechanical principle schemes, drawing of technical drawings and compilation of BOM lists to ensure the feasibility and advancement of the design schemes;
3. Participate in school-enterprise cooperative research and development projects, transform high-tech achievements, and promote the application of intelligent equipment and high-speed mechanical-related technologies;
4. Follow up on product trial production, production debugging and customer feedback, provide technical support, and continuously enhance product stability and market competitiveness;
5. Establish a technology research and development system, guide the team to carry out technological innovation, and accumulate core technology patents.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechanical engineering or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in the research and development and design of carton machinery or packaging machinery (candidates with rich experience may have their educational qualifications relaxed);
2. Proficient in the design principles of core structures of carton machinery (such as printing units, slitting units, die-cutting mechanisms), and familiar with the dynamic analysis and precision control of medium and high-speed machinery;
3. Proficient in using design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, with the ability to independently complete the overall design of products and review drawings;
4. Understand the technological trends in the domestic and international packaging machinery industry. Those with relevant technical reserves in intelligent equipment and automatic control are preferred (such as servo systems, PLC programming, and intelligent detection technology);
5. Possess strong problem-solving and project management skills, and be capable of leading a team to promote the implementation of R&D projects;
6. Be rigorous and pragmatic, have a strong sense of innovation, identify with the company's concept of "empowering customers with technology", and be willing to grow together with the enterprise.
Cooperative Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the promotion, sales and brand publicity of Xintian carton machinery products in the designated area/channel/market, and expand terminal customers (carton factories, packaging factories, printing enterprises, etc.);
2. Explore market demands, collect information on potential customers, proactively connect and facilitate cooperation agreements, and achieve sales targets;
3. Maintain customer relationships, provide full-process services including pre-sale consultation, order follow-up, and post-sale coordination, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rates;
4. Feedback regional market dynamics, competitive product information and customer demands to provide references for the company's product optimization and market strategy adjustment;
5. Adhere to the cooperation agreement, safeguard the company's brand image, and jointly expand and maintain market order.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate the company's overall online marketing strategy and execution plan, covering the domestic B2B market and overseas foreign trade market, focusing on the three core goals of "brand exposure + precise customer acquisition + sales conversion";
2. Be responsible for the operation and optimization of the official website and industrial e-commerce platform, including product listing, content updates, store decoration, inquiry conversion, and improving platform ranking and traffic;
3. Coordinate online promotion channels: domestic and overseas, precisely reaching target customers such as carton factories, packaging factories, and printing enterprises;
4. Plan and produce digital marketing materials (such as product short videos, graphic and textual cases, technical insights, industry solutions, etc.) to meet the communication needs of different online channels and enhance the professional image of the brand;
5. Track and analyze marketing data (traffic, inquiries, conversions, ROI, etc.), regularly review and optimize promotion strategies, and enhance marketing efficiency and input-output ratio;
6. Collaborate with the sales department and overseas partners to provide online customer acquisition resource support and establish a closed-loop system of "online promotion - lead screening - sales connection";
7. Monitor the trends of online marketing in the industry and the dynamics of competing products. Based on the company's product advantages (intelligent machinery, high cost performance), formulate differentiated marketing plans.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, digital media, e-commerce or related fields, with over 3 years of experience in online marketing in B2B mechanical manufacturing, industrial equipment or packaging machinery industries;
2. Proficient in mainstream domestic online marketing channels and familiar with overseas digital marketing tools;
3. Possess the ability to independently plan and implement online marketing projects, with successful cases of online customer acquisition and brand promotion;
4. Proficient in using data analysis tools, capable of driving marketing decisions through data, and possessing strong strategic optimization capabilities;
5. Understand the characteristics of the target customer groups of carton machinery or industrial equipment, and be able to formulate marketing content and promotion strategies in a targeted manner;
