Function of the paper feeding section:
■ The clutch of the electrically controlled machine is equipped with an alarm bell, and the transmission shaft is equipped with a friction clutch to prevent damage to the machine due to misoperation.
■ Pneumatic interlocking device. The main unit is equipped with a frequency conversion control system and a motor start protection device.
■ Chinese invention patent technology: Extended servo Press-free leading edge paper feeding: Multiple rows of paper feeding wheels, each row of paper feeding wheels is independently driven by a servo motor to achieve extended paper feeding, significantly enhancing the compressive resistance of cartons. Negative pressure suction assisted paper feeding can adjust the vacuum negative pressure value by frequency conversion according to different bending conditions of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper supply for various corrugation types and directions.
■ A interlock control switch is installed at the rear end of the machine to control the emergency stop of paper feeding. Controlled by a servo controller, it features rapid and effortless operation.
■ Electric adjustment of the positions of the left and right side baffles and the rear gearbox; The clearance of the front baffle is adjusted synchronously. Sheet feeding device (continuous or sheet feeding can be selected as needed).
■ The following functions can be controlled in the touch screen: automatic plate correction, order memory storage, paper supply counter setting, display of production quantity and automatic paper alignment.
■ The gap of the paper feeding roller can be adjusted by both electric and computer, with an adjustment range of 0 to 12 mm.
■ The paper feeding department is standardly equipped with a rotating roller brush dust removal device, which can remove a large amount of impurities on the printing surface of the cardboard and improve the printing quality. Reduce the frequency of machine downtime and plate cleaning.
■ The paper feeding section, printing section, creasing section and die-cutting grooving section are electrically automatic zeroing. With the automatic zeroing device, they can be adjusted to the correct position after two test prints, reducing cardboard waste.



Functions of the printing department:
■ The surface of the steel pipe is ground, hard chromium plated, and high-speed dynamic balance correction is carried out, ensuring smooth operation.
■ The ratchet fixed plate rolling shaft can be freely inclined in the circumferential direction to adjust the Angle of the printing plate and quickly align the position of the printing plate. Full plate hanging slot, suitable for 10mm × 3mm plate hanging strips. The loading and unloading of printing plates is electrically controlled by a foot switch for forward and reverse rotation. The horizontal rotation of the printing plate roller is electrically adjusted and computer-controlled, with an adjustment range of ± 5mm.
■ Vacuum adsorption ceramic roller transfer, with multiple rows of rollers arranged alternately to enhance the stability of cardboard transfer. The damper of the bellows can be automatically adjusted according to the length and size of the cardboard.
■ Cooperate with the pneumatic automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system. When feeding paper, the anilox roller automatically descends to contact the printing plate. When the paper feeding stops, the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate. The anilox roller is automatically cleaned and equipped with an ink distribution device, making the recovery and cleaning of ink and water quick and convenient.
■ Closed scraper system, excellent ink delivery effect, air pressure or cylinder adjustment lock, automatic compensation for scraper wear, screen display of the gap value between the anilox roller and the printing plate roller, thick-walled high-quality seamless steel pipe surface ceramic fine grinding, laser engraving of anilox patterns.
■ The anti-corrosion and anti-sticking coating in the inner cavity makes ink transfer and cleaning easier. The ink scraping Angle and mechanical accuracy can keep the position of the scraper constant to ensure the ink scraping effect. The adjustable and compensable sealing system ensures that the ink transfer system is completely sealed, and the closed cavity is easy to load and unload.
■ The printing phase is controlled by PLC for 360° adjustment. During the printing process, an automatic reset system (plate erasure memory reset) is implemented after cleaning the printing plate.
■ Planetary gear structure, variable frequency speed regulation, automatic conversion between high and low speeds, and rapid and precise phase adjustment.
■ It adopts a dual-pressure diaphragm pump automatic switching and cleaning ink detection system, which features a fast recovery time, less ink waste, and an automatic alarm for ink shortage.
■ Cylinder-type automatic braking mechanism. When the machine is separated or the phase is adjusted, the braking mechanism restricts the rotation of the machine and keeps the original fixed point of the gear position unchanged.



Functions of the rolling line section:

■ It adopts a three-axis structure and large-diameter creasing wheels, providing excellent creasing and forming effects for cartons.
The length and width of the carton can be adjusted with one click by setting on the computer.
■ Three-axis flat-arranged φ272mm large-diameter creasing wheels are adopted. The gap pressure is independently set and adjusted with one button
■ The upper creasing wheel is made of imported high-elasticity and wear-resistant materials, suitable for creasing corrugated cardboard with low fiber content and high strength. (Optional steel wheels and high-elastic rubber wheels)
■ The parameter design of the new patent's creasing wheel classifies different creasing line shapes in stages.
■ The creasing and forming are clear, and the formed cardboard does not break or burst.


Die-cutting section function:
■ Die-cutting section (computer-based structure adjustment without plate slitting)
■ The die-cutting roller is made of cast steel material, with high-speed dynamic balance correction to enhance operational stability. The surface is subjected to high-frequency quenching, grinding and hard chromium plating.
■ The spacing of the screw holes for fixing the die is 100×100 mm, and the applicable die height is 25.4 mm.
■ Thickness of wooden formwork: 16-18 mm (for three-layer boards) 13-15 mm (for five-layer boards).
■ The ULI rubber pad roller is made of cast steel material, with high-speed dynamic balance correction to enhance operational stability. Its surface is ground and hard chrome plated.
■ Electrically adjustable gap with the die-cutting roller, imported original Youli rubber pad, mechanical lateral ± 30mm moving device, die-cutting equalizer automatically compensates for linear speed, which can make the die-cutting rubber pad wear evenly and extend its service life.
■ Planetary gear structure, die-cutting phase electrically digital 360° adjustment (adjustable for both operation and stop), electrically adjustable lateral position, adjustment distance ± 7mm.
■ Pre-pressing, forming and slotting of the cutting edge can be synchronously adjusted with one click on the computer (independent servo drive can be optionally equipped for smoother operation and higher printing accuracy).
■ The special-shaped die-cutting plates can be interchanged with the die-cutting grooves without plates (the specific parameters will be determined through consultation based on the actual situation).
